To get your business off to the right start, we would recommend a personal investment of at least €60K. Your bank loan will help fund the building and shop-fitting work, while Schmidt will help you finance the showroom concept, representing up to 30% of the investment.

Leveraging our national banking agreements, your application will be presented to five partner banks, which will promptly return a personalised financing plan.

In partnership with specialist recruitment firms, Schmidt sets up recruitment support programmes targeting designers and sales executives. Specific tools have been developed for our network. In addition to providing assistance from day one, your area manager will be on hand throughout the life of your showroom. The area manager is your first port of call for all types of information (new products, sales management and pull-through, market information, the network, and much more).

In practical terms, you are in direct contact with the network expansion manager until your showroom opens, following which the area manager takes over. The area manager will pay you frequent visits.

Both managers will help you:
